Privacy Policy
Last updated: 12 September 2026
This policy explains what information Samwada ("we," "us," "our") collects through this website and through the Samwada voice call service used by our business customers ("Customers"), and how that information is used, stored, and protected.
1. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Contact form submissions: name, company name, and phone number, submitted when you request a pilot through this website.
- Call data: when a Customer uses Samwada to place or receive calls, we process call audio, transcripts, and call outcomes on that Customer's behalf.
- Uploaded documents: FAQ documents, policy sheets, or knowledge bases that a Customer uploads so Samwada can answer questions from them.
- Technical data: standard web server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) generated automatically by visiting this website.
2. How we use this information
- To respond to pilot requests and communicate with prospective Customers.
- To operate the call workflows (reminders, follow-ups, and FAQ answering) that a Customer configures.
- To improve the accuracy and reliability of the service.
- To meet legal, security, and fraud-prevention obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use call recordings, transcripts, or uploaded documents for any purpose beyond operating and improving the service for the Customer they belong to.
3. Third-party processors
We rely on a small number of third-party services to operate this website and product, including:
- Web3Forms — processes and forwards submissions from the contact form on this website to our team by email.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers — used to host this website and run the voice call service.
These providers only receive the information needed to perform their function and are not authorized to use it for any other purpose.
4. Data retention
We retain call recordings, transcripts, and uploaded documents for as long as a Customer's pilot or service agreement is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for support and legal purposes, after which they are deleted or anonymized. Contact form submissions are retained only as long as needed to follow up on the request.
5. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we process, including restricting access to call data and uploaded documents to what is needed to operate the service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices and rights
If you would like to access, correct, or request deletion of personal information you've submitted to us — through the contact form or otherwise — email us at hello@samwada.com. If you are a customer of one of our business Customers and have questions about a call you received, please contact that business directly, as they control what Samwada says and collects on their behalf.
7. Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Some pages may use your browser's local storage purely for on-page functionality (such as remembering a UI preference); this data stays in your browser and is not sent to us.
8. Children's privacy
This website and service are directed at businesses and are not intended for use by children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service and our company structure evolve (including once our legal entity is registered). Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
